Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Skill Well mat. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • Free from cuts, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Items that have been trimmed, installed, or used are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at orders@skillwell.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for items that arrived damaged or defective — please include a photo when you email us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mat arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
